2004 Continental doesn't stay running. AGAIN.

Hey all, me again.

This Continental is being the new pain in my ***.

I posted up some time ago about this exact issue and it ended up being the battery in the left.
replaced that and it worked fine.
But in the last 2/3 weeks, it went back to not working.
Start the car, couple of seconds later it stop bit accessories are still working. Unlike last time.
We checked the batteries and both are fully charged and no issues.

There is an error around the batteries, but like muppet, I left it on my laptop that's not with me.
so I'll have to grab it sunday/Monday.

But in the meantime, I was hoping someone might have something I can try or look at?

I have replaced the big battery solenoid above the rear battery and that didn't make a difference.

Thanks for you time and help in advance.

I finally got home and got the vcds screenshot.

The battery is charged and 12v but its saying its not or it cant read it.

All the accessories seem to work fine. Unlike last time.

Possible fault with J581?

Worth reviewing this thread since post (26) was the moral of problem.

Thanks for the thread.
I've finally fixed, I think and found more issues.

One of the mega fuses, a 150amp one, was blown.
replaced that and all works well.

Putting it back together and heard some sparks from the boot loom.
The earth and power cables in there have broke.
so I've stripped that back and gixed them.
hopefully that will explain why the boot electronics wasnt working.

I'll finished it off tomorrow and hopefully thats it. It can be sent home.
