Bentley gt scraping noise

I have a Bentley gt 2004. I recently got a transmission installed which works great and shifts smooth. I noticed a scraping noise coming from under the scrap pad. When I accelerate it gets louder . At first I assumed it was the brakes but after further inspections it’s coming from under the car any ideas

Does it stop when you take your foot off the gas? On my old Jag I had a similar problem where it would make the scraping sound at around 35 MPH but stop when I lifted my foot off the gas. Turns out it was the inside of the catalytic converter that was breaking apart and resonating at certain exhaust pressures. My mechanic put a screw in it to stop it. Much cheaper than a new CAT!

Do the brakes feel normal? Maybe a dragging caliper?
