Hi guys my Samsung 7 edge cell phone has been coupled to my Bentley 2007 with no problem, yesterday the phone would not accept calls and I had to disconnect my blue tooth to make a call without being coupled to the car. I have checked the car and on the infotainment console it has a warning triangle saying no phone found. I have tried to reset it with the reset button but it just comes back on saying no phone. Has anyone any ideas. Thanks in advance.

 

That's odd..but I don't think its a phone issue. I have the same phone in my GT and have never had a problem. Is your bluetooth/phone set up factory or aftermarket?

 

Hi my phone is not the problem as it works fine in my land cruiser and it will try to link to the Bentley. If I take the phone away and just click on the telephone button in the Bentley it just says phone not available With a triangle. If I press the reset button it comes back the same. I will try and post a pic to show the screen.

I have pushed the reset button and it is still the same. I have also pushed the reset button for 15 seconds until the screen goes blank then you have to set the system up again. Still the same problem comes up. Any advice greatly appreciated.

 

Visit dealer or independent who knowns Bentley programming.

Was there something you did to fix it? The same thing happened to me and now I can't connect my phone and the small screen in the armrest is blank.

 

sams issue with my spur 2011, was this fixed and how?
