Where can I buy self-leveling wheel caps for Bentayga?
great finding @BruceR
wondering how reliable it is - when new probably working smoothly but what when the dirt gets in
there is no bearings or smth so have douubts
anyway - if this is cheap then it is ok to try
btw - the ballast is metal?

My cousin is a tech nerd who 3D-prints; I will send the link to him and see what he thinks about it. I'd be happy to try out prototypes on my Bentley and would be able to compare it to the original Mulliner caps.
I just checked my eBay history, and I paid 135 pounds for my 4 floating caps from a private seller in England. Including shipping to Sweden. I wonder what the market value would be for 3D-printed caps, including the bearings and such?

UPDATE: I finally pulled the trigger on a set I found on ebay. Listed at $375 with free shipping, I offered $300 and the seller countered at $360 less a 10% ebay promo for a net price of $324 +tax. This listing specified that the cap is a replacement for the specific part number of the caps I have. The cost is less than half of what the dealer charges but I don't know if these are OEM or modified.

Pulling the caps off takes 2 seconds with a suction cup and they just snap back in.
This suction cup from Harbor Freight is the perfect size: https://www.harborfreight.com/2-14-i...ter-59688.html
They should be here within a week and I'll post pics then.
