2005 Continental AC problem

Can anybody help please?
My AC works (or seems to) but after a short while it begins to blow warm, it sometimes takes a bit longer, if it is blowing cool and I open a window or door then it only blows warm/hot air. If I speed up it appears to blow cooler.
I've checked the fuses and fans but nothing seems wrong, The thing that I've noticed is that when I set the temp to COLD and press Auto the temp on the central display changes to 22C, I can set it to COLD and leave it in MAN but it doesn't seem to blow cold for long.
Living in Southern Spain and with the high temperatures we are experiencing the fun of driving soon deminishes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello good morning. I also live in the south of Spain. Something similar seemed to me a few years ago, it was solved by recharging the air conditioning gas.

Hello @Gin man ,
When the pressures were checked, what were the readings, and did those readings stay as the throttle/RPM was increased ?

I myself have an issue I am going to work on.

See post number 318 of my rebuild thread.

Hi Johnny, I haven't done a pressure check on the a/c yet, used it the other day and it threw up the engine management light, all lambda's open circuits, (fuse blown) so checking the reason for that at the moment.

When I did the scan it gave me a fault on the air flow flap positioning motor (V71) so i'll try and sort that.

I've just looked at your rebuild, what a task!!! I thought that I took on some difficult projects, but as they say in the UK, you've got big ***** to tackle that. Well done.
