2013 GT with no Accessory Function

2013 GT with no Accessory Function
Hi Everyone,
I am new here and wanted to get some help, I have searched for a resolution, but can't seem to find anything. I recently sold my 2005 GT and got a 2013 GT Speed. One thing so far has me stumped. When I turn the ignition off, either with the key or the Start/Stop button everything shuts completely off, no accessory function at all. I have even tried to turn the key to the left and nothing happens. My last car would stay in accessory mode and the windows, radio, and other items would work until I opened the car door. Is there a setting or something I am missing? I have looked in the owners manual and can't seem to locate any information. My car is haunted.. it does a lot of other strange things too, but so did my 2005. Thanks in advance for any help!
