Hi everyone I have a boot issue on my continental 2007 GTC convertible, I leave my battery tender on all the time car is at my house and the only way I have found to connect is to place the lead between the boot lit and the shut and give a bit of help to lock is there a better way than crushing the cable going in ? And now another problem has arisen the boot is shut with cable in situ and I cannot open the boot from any of the controls or the badge, I do hear a very slight click from under the dash somewhere but nothing happens, I have removed the rear middle armrest and inserted a 11mm socket to try and open it manually but have used a reasonable amount of force and nothing, I am worried about getting to heavy with it for fear of doing more damage any clues suggestions or whatever gratefully received I am in Medway Kent UK many thanks Chris
