Disregard Johnny as we PM'd A Happy New Year when discussing the very same topic changing times not just on this forum but many are suffering from a lack of empathy and friendly team spirit.
Hay Ho....onward and upwards.lol
Can you speak Spanish and is it as hard as Scottish Gaelic?
I can speak Italian, and I am learning Spanish as I go, I get along and people I find are helpful but when in Spain I often find people want to better their english so I ask in Spanish and they reply in English!! Confuses the hell out of me!!! lol
In Andorra its Catalan which is like French and Italian rolled into one.....not easy!!

I have driven in the Basque country a few times and stayed in the mountains, which were very similar to our Scottish mountains. They didn't like speaking Spanish either. It was Basque they spoke.

What's the job you are doing?
A simple spark plug change (Brisk Premium Evo; a couple of more mpg, a few more hp/torque and smoother running than OEM) and cleaning all electrical connectors while I was at it. Just regular maintenance, I thought about pulling the left-hand side valve cover to investigate the very slight oil seepage to #7 plug hole but eventually left that for later as the engine runs great.

How do you find those pesky vw D type electrical connectors to unplug?
Thanks. The connectors are easy. Push them in a bit and push down on the lever, there's a rocker inside that lifts the tab and releases the connector. They're very easy to break unless you know how they work, though, and I've paid my dues in broken connectors in the past. Fortunately they're cheap and readily available at automotive electrics stores.
