@Rudiger ,
Has the dealership or you yourself opened a case with Bentley support, as the time frame you have been waiting is unacceptable.
I spoke with BOE parts department Rep this morning, and he confirmed that the local warehouses do not have this part in stock, he is contacting the main warehouse in the UK / England, he also stated that "it's not like this part is listed as no longer available, therefore Bentley must give you a time frame of the building of the item", and that "a case should be opened to force Bentley to give the build or available date".
I also sent an inquiry to Scuderia for pricing and availability of the 36A 807 109 C, although it turned out to be not in stock, my discounted qoute is attached to show price, shipping, tax and tariffs.
I will let you know as soon as I hear back from BOE as to any update as to time frame of availability and price.
I have comments about the $6748 for one wheel, but I do not want to pour salt in the wound...

Thank you! I will call Bentley if the BS manager wont solve it.
The used part is more than the new one.
The body shop said "well it's an old car. They can't be expected to have everything."

$311,500 in 2018. Never again.
The used part that 09Speed posted is $450.00, so less than new, it also came from a 2019 with 26,951 miles on it, so worth a shot, if everyone is paid, and you agree to the used part, what is their issue, the insurance company doesn't have the right to dictate to you whom you have work on your vehicle, hell, you didn't even have to fix it, you take the check of the agreed upon amount of estimate and you determine who you want it repaired by, unless of course you have some prior agreement with your insurance company.
But I do understand that your local body shops did not want to touch the vehicle, so you were at the mercy of the Bentley dealership.

If Bentley says they will install it I will have it sent to them a.s.s.p.
Hmm i see the price as $999 but at this point i don't care I'll pay it.
Laurel at Herb Chamber's Bentley in Boston told me they refuse to install the used bumper and that it is my job to open a claim with Bentley that i just found out was even a thing from Johnny yesterday.
Apparently Laurel's job is to check if the bumper showed up once a week.
I have a new job which is doing Laurel's job.
The dealer has made me hate a car that i used to love.
I would definitely call Bentley corporate, one would think they would be interested in a dealer who worked harder to frustrate the customer, than they did trying to resolve the problem. If not, then I guess we know why the dealer acts like they do!
Shame on the insurance company paying off the Body Shop prior to completion, maybe at least have 2 party checks so you, their customer, has some leverage to get their car repaired properly and timely.
For clarification as to opening a case, this is handled two different ways, 1) a case opened by Laurel (or whoever works in the parts department), which it appears Laurel (I assume a female) is not doing her job, Laurel should have opened a case with the "Parts Help Desk" at Bentley, this is so that the Bentley dealership is not sitting there months on end waiting for a part, it is to have Bentley Headquarters give a definitive time frame of the part's availability and or arrival, so tell Laurel to do their job, 2) is for you to open a case with Bentley Customer Service to lodge your complaint as to the lack of availability of said part, and the way that this Bentley dealership has handled your repairs.
I just spoke with Steve at BOE, and it appears that Bentley across the pond has not responded yet as to the inquiry of the parts availability, Steve can see that Bentley received the part request, but no response yet.
There is a brand new piece available at Bentley Parts USA aka Exotic Car Parts, I have emailed Joe to confirm that the item is infact in stock, he has it listed at $1300.00 / New.

Reason: Add information
Thank you so much.
I just gave the collision center that information.
They will get back to me.
The case I opened with Bentley was ignored for a week until I called again today. They said we will make some calls.
Everything Bentley is made in China, that's why they can't get it.
The collision center is trying to reach Joe, but no answer. I asked them to email him.
Johnny, do you have a tip jar? I would like to thank you for the help.
Joe at Bentley Parts USA says that he has "the last two in the world coming in", he said they will arrive max two weeks, that was Wednesday.
Another source stated that it may be that the vendor making said piece has gone out of business, so no longer available.
Regardless, I thought we had a law that car manufacturers were required to supply replacement parts for a number of years, I always heard 7 years when I was way younger, now it appears that was false, or there is no longer any such law, I only see a "Rule" of "10 to 15 years", a rule by who, the manufacturer themselves, which they brake when they want...

I thought the law in the European Union was 10 years, but the UK may no longer have that law now that they are on their own. Hopefully, I can get one of the two that Joe has.
Seeing as Bentley cannot supply the part, it kind of eliminates the dealer not wanting to put in used parts-had they filled a part request in a timely manner this all could have been resolved months ago. No matter any way you cut it the dealer is pretty much useless, no wonder Bentley struggles, but the owner files his request and Bentley ignores it until customer calls- pretty much dumb and dumber operation here.
