Bentley accident and parts are not available.

Seeing as Bentley cannot supply the part, it kind of eliminates the dealer not wanting to put in used parts-had they filled a part request in a timely manner this all could have been resolved months ago. No matter any way you cut it the dealer is pretty much useless, no wonder Bentley struggles, but the owner files his request and Bentley ignores it until customer calls- pretty much dumb and dumber operation here.
The dealer confirmed that the part Johnny found was new, so they let me buy it and ship it to them.
At least now there is a chance that they will fix it. If it weren't for Johnny they would all continue to do nothing.

Glad it seems to be working out for you. Since the dealer has already been paid for your repair, I hope they reimburse you for buying it.
This story is a little scary for those of us that may have an incident in the future and not be able to get repair parts for our Bentleys
A similar situation is going on with Vipers. Body parts generally unavailable and common repair components are either unavailable or excessively expensive. I just paid $1,200 for a power window regulator for mine, a part that should cost $200-$300.

We are starting week 6 since mine has been in the shop. Still waiting on "hardware" and the chrome strip for the rear bumper. To be fair, the parts have only been on order for a couple weeks, but being stuck in this POS rental really sucks.
