Electrical issues

I have a 2005 Bentley gt and recently I have been have some electrical issues. I posed about a few of them but this morning I got to thinking. I remember when I was changing the spoiler motor the truck lights were extremely hot. It burned just getting close. I feel
like there is excessive current to most of my electronics hense why most of them don’t work anymore. My spoiler doesn’t work, I bought a new motor and it still
didnt work. My fuel filler cap doesn’t open got a new motor and it still doesn’t work. Third brake light doesn’t work but that’s a pretty common issue. My starter battery keeps dying. My speakers in my car sound ****ty all of a sudden like there blown. (The third brake light and speakers tho are from water damage). I went to replace the battery control module and it had corrosion from water damage so bad and I can hear a ratter when I shake it. I put a new one in and the battery issue still didn’t get fixed. This is pmo so bad I want to sell the car. The only thing I can think of is either the alternator is bad or there is a short somewhere. Or maybe both. So I guess my question is has anyone dealt with anything like this ? If it was my alternator wouldn’t both batteries be drained? I included pictures of the battery control
module just so you guys can’t see the extent of water damage
