Air Suspension - Levelling Not kicking in
Hi,
There’s an important difference between a compressor running and a compressor actually building pressure.
Just because you hear it working doesn’t mean it’s doing its job.
My suspicion is that the compressor is worn out — it may be running (buzzing), but not able to efficiently generate pressure. This is quite common with air suspension systems as the compressor ages or has been overworked (often due to small leaks over time).
The best way to verify this is:
Regarding the slight drop over a few days — that does suggest a small leak
So before chasing tiny leaks, I would definitely confirm that the compressor is healthy.

The best way to verify this is:
- remove the compressor
- test it on the bench
- check how easily and how quickly it can build around 16 bar
