Forgetting to use Jack-Mode - Did I damage?

I went in for an annual government inspection and forgot to enable jack mode before handing my GT to them. They jacked it up and I’m very paranoid that there’s damage. I know they jacked it up because when it came back to me the front was sitting extremely low with the wheels tucked into the fenders.

What are the chances of ruining 2 year old shocks that have done around 10,000kms on them? Since the encounter, I do notice that if I park my car for 1 night or even as long as 3 weeks it does sink about half and inch to an inch. But nothing ever beyond that. Is it normal?

First establish if they did NOT use Jack mode .
Reason I ask there are a lot of air suspension cars about theses day and most mechanical/ technical guys are aware of the bust bag risk and equally aware of “ Jack mode “ .
How ever having said that I place a copy of the page in the manual with Jack mode highlighted in fluorescent pink high lighter on the trans tunnel in front of the gear selector when dropping the car off at techs .

Mine is left for weeks on end unused ( trickle charger btw ) and I can’t see any visible change in height .Max un used time last year was 3 months .

Your leak could be from anywhere in the system .
Do you get a warning light on the dash as well .?
The air pump motor should run at start up to try and recover/ recharge the bags .

Suggestions and opinions can definitely be had from other's experiences which this forum can contribute, however, if uneven height continues to occur (not normal), an exact diagnosis, sight unseen, is not your best route.
For 100% peace of mind, the optimum would be a visit to your favorite Bentley tech where an exact cause can be determined. If it's a leak in one of the bags or in the system itself, you can then decide what to do then. At least no one will be guessing.

No warnings. My valve block and both front struts were changed around 2018. Front level sensors recently replaced too. Did the soap water test and no apparent leaks according to the technician but techs here aren't the best. I just see the car rise slightly after I switch it on (about an inch), which is what suggested a leak. But even after weeks the car never fully sinks (which I suppose is a good sign). Just wanted to get people's experience on how easy it is to ruin the suspension in this way.

From what I've experienced with my 2005GT I can pass on my observation of the air suspension behaviour after a long ride.
Immediately after parking the car in the garage I measure the height at the 4 corners, next morning measure again and it is down 5 to 10 mm at both front corners and about 3 to 5 mm at both rear corners. If I leave the car parked for a week, no more sagging is noticed.
Starting up the car again after a week stopped, the car rises back to where it was before. Stop the engine again and leave it in the garage (the engine didn't warm up). Next day I measure again and no sagging was registered, therefore I concluded that the initial sagging is normal and it is due to the fact that the heat from the engine bay increases the interior pressure in the struts bags and when it cools down the pressure drops and the car seats lower symmetrical front and rear but more in the front where the pressure was higher due to the proximity to the hot engine bay.
This observation has been a constant during the 4 years the car has been in my possession, I guess that if I had a suspension problem the same would have worsen as time passes, which isn't the case.
I hope this help you.

Also to muddy the waters they tend to attempt to self level when you lock them .
So is your parking area flat ?

if so this also happens .....you pull into the garage ( done it 100s of times ) and brake , jump out , click the lock either on the KESSY or fob .
As you start to walk towards the rear of the car here hisses as it lets air out of the rear struts , because the front nose would have dived , just a few mm when coming to a halt .
Rapid opening of the door ceases all air suspension work ........so it finalises it’s self as you walk away ......well that’s what mine does .

When I take mines out of storage I’m going to have to pay close attention to this. I always notice that “hiss” when I get out. My driveway is on a very slight incline tho.

Thanks Speeder, this does put my mind a bit more at ease. Because of the cost of repair, I tend to be so paranoid with the suspension system and treat it like they're made of actual children's balloons.
