Hello Alenmunro ... You need to hold down the shock & suspension buttons on the centre console until you see the simble infront of the steering wheel saying Jack Mode, to disengage do the same again holding the 2 buttons down, or you can just drive the system will disengage at 5 miles per hour, here's a video ...

Only thing I can think of is something is wrong somewhere with his suspension.

Try changing the ride height height and see if the car lift/raises. Are you getting any type of light on the buttons? If not, start with your height sensors. Make sure they are ok. If you can, have the car scanned.

Didn't think anything was wrong, good info maybe your diagnosis is correct ...

I’m just remembering when mines wouldn’t work and found out my sensors were bent.

Wasn’t me 😂
They asked if I ever had 22inch rims on there. I never did. The 20’s are plenty fine for now. They informed me that when people put bigger rims on there, they would bent the sensors some to accommodate. Then when you go to put the original size back on there, now it’s off a little and can mess with the sensor adjustment. So they put everything back to specs and I have been good ever since. I think I made a post asking for help and received a lot of her on here. I would use my Ross Tech to try and put my ride height right and when I get to the last tire I would get an error code. My car was looking like a dune buggy 😂. And all this happened AFTER I redid my front suspension. When I bought it, the car was leveled. I think where I bought it from in Texas somehow set it back to normal then me taking everything apart put it back out of wack if that make somewhat of some sense.

yah i get it, its all well installing larger rims & all that but most people think its just fit & all is cool, they never expect to readjust the ride hight, yes I can remember you had problems it was some time ago, I have 22" on mine but the work was done by ONYX when they upgraded the car, its hard work looking after 22" rims with the curbs & pot holes ...
