Is it drilled out?

Yes drill it out. The new wheel installation is an improvised workout to create a means to hold it on the center pin. By the way the cable install is tricky, it's highly tentioned.

So close I can almost smell it!!!

I have a bit of a hangover but thought I would have a go today again, and my hands are in tatters again, as I am stuck with the window up which is where it is meant to be, and not being able to really get a ratchet with 10mm socket in behind the opening!! These pics make it look easy but they are looking up, but I am using a smaller ratchet and its just not got he depth, and a bigger ratchet is impossible to get in behind the opening wall which is edged steel and has ripped my knuckles apart!! Any ideas?
this one I have got 1 of the 3 bolts out
