I have had my 2014 Mulsanne for 6 months. The 'media drawer" in the center console stack is closed and will not open. It depresses about 1/4 inch as it should but does not release. Talked to 2 other Mulsanne owners last weekend and one of them had the same issue. I looked at the 1 working example and verified that this is not motorized, just a "soft open / close" mechanism. Before I start to take the dash apart to get at this I figured it'd be worth a shot to ask if anyone had experience with this?
