ABS/Brakes to the floor

Before I begin, let me say that’s to all they even still come here to help.

I replaced my ABS module/pump and coded it to the car. Cleared whatever code was in there and it took that module. Yesterday I called myself bleeding/flushing the brakes and all looked good. I used a pressure bleeder and as I was doing each corner, I watch d the new fluid get sucked out of the reservoir. Waited till the stream going into the catch bottle was clear with no bubbles before I tighten the fitting. After all that, still no brakes.

I tried going into VCDS to see if I could have it cycle the pump/module but it was a no go. After putting in the security code, which I was using 40168, I kept getting a pop up which I will post below.

Any help in the right direction would greatly be appreciated. I’m trying to avoid the shops as much as possible.

As I see it if using vas or odis but not vcds. First down load contents of old CM inc coding.
Fit new CM. Upload old CM data.
Performe steering angle sensor calibration
Performe G sensor calibration
Perform brake pressure sensor calibration.
Taking note of the environmental conditions required.
I should have read your post better before writing. Im assuming its a Gen 1 car. Which dosnt need the CM to activate the brakes under normal conditions. Any out of tolerance environmental conditions will initiate a failure to calibrate. But I belive it won't tell you why.
Its the master cyclider that creates all the pressure required so I wonder why you foot goes to the floor. Are you sure you have fully blead each wheel making sure you have pushed all the air out of the system.

The module is coded and I did the steering angle sensor adaption also.

What brand are good ones to use? I been eyeing this one.
