for X5 4.8 owners..

i test drove one today. it felt heavy but definitely enough power. but the test drive was only a few blocks.

so what is your opinion on the car. are you happy with it so far. thanks in advance.

PS. white with black, or space gray with black?

Love my 4.8i. Just got it last month. Replaced the Q7 with it. Definitely THE BEST driver's SUV there is. Truck feels super solid and great craftsmanship. And I'm coming from 3 Range's, LX470, Old X5 4.4i, Cayenne Turbo, Q7 etc. The X5 is not the fastest, most comfortable, nicest looking, nor it is the biggest, but it is definitely the most balanced out of all SUVs.

White with black interior. With the super wide performance package rims.

Congrats to the X5. Your stable is amazing. Can remember at Audi S4 Avant x2, the car which are in text in your reply, 997 S, 996 TTS, GT3, and some more 911 I think. You need a new sign with all your cars.

Take the X5. X5 looks better than all other SUV`s at the moment and it is the newiest!

Don't do it. You don't need two SUV's. Get the kids confirmed first!!

I'll be at Nick tomorrow morning to pick up my X5. You free?

I own an X5 and it's an absolutely great SUV. Outside of the Cayenne, can't be beat for handling. If you're thinking of buying a 4.8, make sure the transmission isn't acting up -- some have problems.

I can bet the X5 will beat any Cayenne in handling. Are you talking about the old 4.8? I don't think the transmission is different then the V6 version at least in the new X5s. My never had any problems.

I've had mine for about 8 months now, Great SUV, modest power (not super fast, not slow). It's a very functional truck that will have you wanting to drive it in any weather, a great compliment to a Turbo car. It handles incredibly well. I say go White/Black.
