My 2008 M5 PLATINUM TOUCHED! ;)
Hey K-town it's okay forget about the GT3RS. I am gonna keep it. Many can not appreciate this car with only 279 units to the US and Canada.
K-town are you going to be there at Bimmerfest?
I will be there with ASR Engineering / Nitto Tires.
We will bring a new level of performance for the M5/M6.
ASR Engineering all the way !!!!
The Dinan stroker will be childs play.

For me, I'd rather keep it an NA platform as I think it is truly something special
I agree with you regarding favoring a NA motor. I have always enjoyed an NA motor. Hence having the GT3, GT3RS, M5 and RS4.
The ASR fully built TT motor crosses a new threshold in power. For the E60 M5 it will represent power never imaged.

We have major expectations for this motor.
The engine will have a 2 year warranty and the package will include a new clutch that properly compliments the added power.
We will see what is the perception of an E60 M5 running low 10's in the 1/4 mile.
A new dawn is coming!

. The ASR Engineering built TT motor will make at least 730 but to the wheels.

It will be much less money.
It's coming.

Cheers

If the guy wants to roll big wheels, then why all the animosity? Heck I was told by a rim shop they will only do 22's on my Range Rover. So I went until I found one that will do 24's, and I was the first in my city with 24's. Everyone was telling me no way would it work, but guess what now they have one with 26's.
Everyone mods there car its own way, I get guys that tell me oh I would never do rims that big on a Vette. You lose 2.8 rwhp...LOL, I always reply I have 700 lb ft I doubt I will miss 2 RWHP or even 20...LOL
