i don't see the need for 700 hp. EVER. regardless of what car it is. I think even if one did, how often would all 700+hp be used? That almost classifies as one of those wickedly retarded acuras with boosted gear and still cant keep up.... Sorry bro's not to bash, but i vote no to both.

And what's up with ppl saying no way to 700hp on the street? 400hp is so boring! Did someone say 700hp highway blasts would get boring after awhile? LOL

HPF has a great kit and has proven reliable in its young life so far, and is not a peaky or high maintenance kit vs stock. Yes there are other areas to address with the car with that much hp, but as boring and overpriced as the new M3 is, this is a no brainer for me.

Bottom line - they are both gonna lose value. That's a no brainer. But we don't buy BMWs, Porsches, etc. for appreciation now do we.

I didn't start the poll because I was actually thinking about buying the E92 M3.

I just wanted to start a friendly debate.

In my opinion, it looks cold and sterile on the inside and has a boring rear end that doesn't match the overly aggressive front on the outside. No disrespect to current E92 owners....just not my cup of tea.

If you really want to know want I will probably buy next it is down to a modded 996TT, modded E39 M5, or....wait for it....get ready domestic haters....but the new CTS-V looks unreal for the suggested 65K. The fastest sedan around the 'ring is looking very serious.

 

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, on this forum the E92 has twice as many votes as the E46, to each their own

 

like i've posted earlier, i'd pass both cars (though i really liked your e46...red convert right?).
and i'd stay far far away from caddys.
