http://www.carmagazine.co.uk/Secret-...ls-E92-M3-CSL/

"...so they can concentrate on the faster versions of the company’s X-badged crossovers."

that makes it so much worse

I was hoping to see one but I'm sure the guys with the E46 CSL are keeping theirs for sure now.

Does anyone else hate the X6 as much as I do? I'm sorry but everytime I see that car I say to myself, "My God what a big mistake."

I noticed that too lol

I'm really pissed, though. No CSL just so they can have, what, an ///M-X6? It's sort-of like Nissan ditching a GTR V-Spec so they can make a V-Spec Murano or something. And where did they get the numbers that there is no "interest" for a CSL?

What makes you think there's a lot? Of all the people on your typical internet forum clamoring for various high-end track-focused cars to get built by various manufacturers, about 1% will actually buy the car new. Of those customers, there are a lot better options for their track days than spending $100k on a 3300-lb "lightweight" with 470hp.

And BMW can't accomodate that 1%. I'm never buying BMW anymore.

whenever I see any modern BMW I say that.

too bad about the CSL, but it's not like the US was going to get it anyways

That's true. We weren't going to get it anyway and you guys with the E92 M should be happy because now you don't have to spend so much money modding your car to look like a CSL. I know of so many E46 M3 owners that went that route and it was expensive.
