I have been looking for a cab to tide me over untill my R8 allocation comes up, and want something with a small back seat for my son. I was looking at 997 cabs, but then saw a M3 conv, which got me thinking. I know that they are somewhat different cars, but wanted any opinions re one vs the other. Thanks.

 

two very different cars...997 cab is much, much lighter and more pure in its approach, but the rear seats on any 911 are damn small.
the m3 is a luxo cruiser. i personally think they look terrible (read: like a jigsaw puzzle).
another car you might wanna check out like the m3 is the rs4 vert.
