new aftercooler
Hey everybody. Newbie here. I have a S/C E34 540i/6 that is heavily moddified. 4.8L M62 with forged internals and S62 crankshaft. Here is a pic of my soon to be, custom aftercooler/intake manifold. Hope you enjoy!

I wish I could say, but my engine is being built right now bt Rebello Racing. They are installing steel sleeves, forged pistons/conrods/ S62 crankshaft and port-n-polish heads. I will be using a Vortech V7 s/c and of course the pictured aftercooler/manifold. I will keep boost at 1 bar ( 14.7 psi.. I think). I have the car already Dinan out with suspension and brakes. The pic is of one that is already on a RMS 800 rwhp E39 M5.

RMS huh, good luck... Osh is a POS, can't believe I was 1 day away from giving that guy almost $20,000 and my M5... Glad Abdulla got screwed just in the nick of time to warn me... Be careful...

RMS huh, good luck... Osh is a POS, can't believe I was 1 day away from giving that guy almost $20,000 and my M5... Glad Abdulla got screwed just in the nick of time to warn me... Be careful...
