So it went from discussing handling to the straight line now since the S and 4S lose?
Stock for Stock, the MKII PDK 997 S is quicker, the MKI is slower.
Hate to break it to you, I'll annihilate any 997S or 997C4S out there in that regard, period.

I happen to disagree. While both transmission should be looked at amd considered true driving pleasure cant be matched to that of a true clutch and 6 speen manual transmisson IMO. I an not going to argue with anyone because I know others have a different opinion which I can respect but I dont agree with.

However, you don't need the manual, I have a ton of fun with the DCT and it does things the manual can't just as the manual does things the DCT can't. It comes down to personal preference, the DCT is the better performer however.
BTW: Nice job on the manual X3! I had an X3, underrated SUV that handles incredibly well and is very light (for an SUV).
