recommendations for small sub in ///M roadster
recommendations for small sub in ///M roadster
hey,
i have a M roadster, obviously the car is small, the truck is small...etc.
i have an aftermarket headunit. Does not need to be eardrum blowing, just enough that its clean and strong.
thinking of going with infinity basslink or this 5x8 one passive and one active woofer from kenwood.
the kenwood one being so small i could mount it behind the driver seats, as i am only 5'9 and do not have the seat all the way back.
whats ya'll thought?

Well, the "hit" really depends on the box itself - which should be designed around the subwoofer.
If you have a small trunk, JL Audio offers a "thin line" subwoofer - which look great, however I have yet to hear them.

I want to buy a set of these soon and install them on my rear deck, as lumping around a 12" in a huge MDF box is just silly.

thanks for the advice.
yes i thin sub would be great. back in the day i was rocking a wonderful 15", of course that was in high school/college. when my sound system was worth more than my car.
