Stay Classy or Go Sporty?

What do you guys think, this is my current setup (Brushed Aluminum Centres with Chrome Lip):

I am considering going to this setup (Matte Black Centres with Gloss Black Lip with a white pin stripe).

I cant decide, my buddy has his white 997TT with that color scheme, and I think it looks awesome. Im just looking for a change, I have had the current setup for over a year now.

Heres the 997:

Stay classy. It looks much cleaner with the brushed aluminum and polished lip. And for some reason I don't understand silver and white cars with black wheels.

LOVE the black wheels on your car...especially with the dark tint. I think the black wheels look awesome on white/silver cars when they have the dark tint.

I do think you need to raise the car about .5 inches. Looks a little 'too low'...especially in the rear.

What suspension are you on?? Coilovers I assume...but what brand??

I just raised my M3 back up as the roads suck here in Cali, and I was getting killed pulling in/out of garages/hotels/etc. where there was a sharp angle or a dip.

Either way, looks good....but my vote is for the black wheels!

I wouldn't touch the front, if anything i would bring up the back about 1/4 inch or 1/2 inch. But I can't because im on H&R Springs. The back sits a bit lower both because I have a sound system and because I have E92 (coupe) springs on my E93.

I'd switch to matte black that would look nicer IMO.
Also, spacers may be a good idea, especially in the back.
GL!

Current set up looks good but Black looks good. I would do Matte Inners Matte Center with a Chrome or Tinted Brushed Lip. I think you lose the lip on the car when you do everything all black because the tires are black too so you can't tell where it starts and ends. Check out their tinted brushed finish. I think you will like it.

I like black wheels on exotics, but not so much on euro-luxo-cruisers. I say stay with the brushed aluminum.

Your current set up looks fine -- but I think black looks better.

Your current set up is fire! leave it. I would like to see the rear raised a tad but other than that it is pure fire. rep +1
