My current lease run out in March and I want to get a M3. My guess is that I can get a discount off a car on the lot, but if I order is MSRP. Is this correct. If I have to order, it has to be in January.

I do not want to drive a car that shuts on/off every time I stop. I heard that BMW is integrating this technology. Will it be on the M3?

Well you can still haggle on MSRP if you order, but yes, you will get a bigger discount if you order off the lot.

The good thing about buying off the lot, compared to Porsches, is that the M3 doesn't have many variations in terms of interior and color. So it's a more viable option compared to the ridiculous amount of permutations you will find on any given Carrera.

As for this "shut off" tech, that sounds pretty unsafe and horrible. BMW definitely does not have that tech on the current M3 (I have an E92).
