- Own an E60 M5 or an Own an E90/E92/E93 BMW M3 M3 (street legal, DOT approved tires, current registration and insurance)
- Have track experience
- Live in L.A or surrounding counties – or willing to drive

That's what car carrier's are for.
I'd think his day job would interfer with getting to Cali more than him being in Florida.
