Is this a fair price for a 2010 M6?
Just walked out of the BMW dealer after test driving a 2010 M6. It was hard not to sign the papers after the smile the test drive put on my face, but I went in to buy a M3 and wanted to do my research before pulling the trigger.
Sticker was $102,350 and after all fee's and tax, we were close to $112. They offered me 0.9% financing and told me I can have it for $102 out the door. Does this seem like a fair price? Should I shop around a little more?

It depends on the options but from the price you said its a base car. Although sticker doesnt seem right? Base is 102,350 plus $3k gas guzzler plus destination $875 so it should be $106225.00 MSRP. Invoice on this should be around $98977.00 there is a $12500 incentive manu to dealer on the car.
I would offer $87500 plus tax for the car. Which is invoice - incentive + $1k I just rounded it up to $87500.00. Not sure what your tax rate is but even at 10% it would be $96250.00. I am sure there are plenty of dealers willing to take this if you tell them this will be a no hassle transaction.
They financing and incentive go away at the end of the month. Who knows BMWFS might roll it over. They will def take the deal if you go in the last day of the month.

The Carrera S are MSRP around the same as the m6 but are being discounted very well and if you are considering a lease they have great lease deals also. Just go check one out and see for yourself. Another thing that sold me on the new models of porsche is that they caught up with the luxury amenities that bmw has like good navi, blue tooth, heated/ventilated seats, ipod connection and etc.
The M6 is a great car, but for that much money I would look around to make sure that you love it more then anything else comparable.
Good luck and I am sure you will be happy with what you get.
Silly Audi.

Like others have said, the m6 doesn't hold value well. And 102k for it is way too much. I'd say shoot for the m5.

Hey, can you show me where on BMW's website i can find this?
i went to the dealer and they told me theres no such things on an offer like this for an M
It looked like the incentive did end at the end June. The only advertised incentive is low APR. However, I know know for a fact that dealers want to capture the incentive money so they "punch" cars that have incentive money. What this means is that the car is now out of BMW inventory but the car is still in dealer inventory so the money is still in play. I think this triggers maintenance part of the warranty but cant remember. They would actually be foolish not to "punch" the cars, just bad business.
So the $12K is still there for dealers to play with. Just go in and offer invoice - $12K + $1K or whatever you think is fair.
I got the info from Edmunds
