So I've had this car for 6 months and I must admit I've enjoyed all of the 13K mile I've put on it.

The latest upgrades, Corbeau CR1 Seats and Sparco Harness Bar:

This M3 has about $12K in upgrades, including a full suspension work over including all bushings upgraded and PSS9s from Bilstein, ground control camber plates. The components were all upgraded thru bimmerworld by the previous owner! I added some bimmerworld wheel studs
The coolant system encompases an aluminum radiator, eurospec overflow tank, bimmerword hoses and housing/Tstat, and SPAL fan and controller.
The power mods include an M50 intake, aPe CAI, deleted stabilit control, AAW full exhaust (header back), shark tune!
The clutch system is upgraded with an M5 organic disc and a JBRacing lightweight flywheel. We have also upgraded the linkage, guebo, and other small items on the driveline.
Brakes include a Performance Friction front Direct Drive rotor package, along with PF06 pads, with stock rear rotors and PF06 Pads.
Exterior mods include a carbon moonroof delete, carbon kidneys, canards by bimmerword, the lower undertray, M3 rear spoiller, and two sets of wheels, Ms and Kosie's!
Mike

The E36 M3 is such a blast! Congrats on yours! I agree with Rye, the only thing I would get my hands on soon (especially if you're tracking the car) is an X Brace.

Just upgraded to these:

PF Direct Drive rotors and PF06 pads, along with new front calipers... Also have PF06 for the rear on stock rotors...
After having the 996TT, I really wanted something as a daily drver that would be much lighter and just "fun" to drive. I always wanted an E36M3, and so I started looking for one that would be a good starting point for me to build from. This one had most of the upgrades to it that I'd appreciate. So I cut a check for $10K and it came home with me... I've had to fix some things with it, but I expect it'll be as fun on the track as it is on the street. We've already had it to a one day event where I was running in the instructor group and I was passing quite a few cars, and I was on street tires with parts counter brake pads on... Should be really fun with good brakes and a set of stickier tires!
I'll take a look at that brace. Already got the rear strut housing stiffeners installed when they did the Pss9s.
