5F77 code after harness repair..HELP

Hello, 2007 X5 4.8i sport that had code 55C3 and 5F77 code along with the 93C3. I recognize the 93C3 is seat occupancy passenger and I have bypass ordered so this will resolve the airbag light. Next was the 55C3, transfer case oil was changed and reset/change oil in ISTA and no lights have presented after this. I only have the 5F77 code. It follows the usual with loss of power, then 10 seconds later the ABS/4X4 light comes on. Shut off car and restart and lights off no issue. Found BMW service bulletin to replace throttle body harness, everything matches symtoms. I ordered BMW OEM and replaced harness. Still had codes after repair 5F77 so I went and re did the wiring clamps thinking I had poor connection. While in there I put another throttle body in. Ran 25 miles and same issue code 5F77loss of power then lights. So I assume wiring harness was done correctly first time and the throttle body was okay. Does anyone have any suggestions what to do next? There are no other codes in system other than the 93C3 airbag light. Im trying to pull my hair out but dont have any left to pull. Please help, should I reprogram entire car? Is airbag somehow affecting this? Logic says there is loss of signal somewhere either up stream wire or, could it be on transfer case harness or actuator causing this loss of signal. I am stumped!!Thank you
