645ci which mods?

Hey guys, my friend is getting 645ci and he wants to do some mods and to keep his warranty, what do you think is the best mods for the car?

CAI, chip, exhaust? What else?

Wheels, tint, exhaust. Anything else (suspension included) could cause trouble with warranty.
