BUGATTI VEYRON Power for $96000000000000 less

"Moments like these, driving M3 Turbo, do not come around very often it's definetely one to savour. Once you are in the M3 Turbo competition is over, you know that there is no faster road car. Any car including Ferrari Enzo, Lamborghini Murcielago or Mercedes Benz CLK GTR is slower than M3 Turbo. Driving M3 turbo is a feeling that cannot be described

-M3 with four doors and 1.000, one thousand, horsepower. Underestimated beauty, a sleeper...

-M3 with four doors and 1.000, one thousand, horsepower. Underestimated

-A higher top speed than that of a Porsche Turbo and Ferrari F430, 340 km/h (gear limited). With a longer final drive ratio top speeds of 380 km/h are attained. However we have limited the top speed at 340 km/h to make sure that our customers don't drive every day at 380 km/h. Just a precaution

beauty, a sleeper...

The reason i said $960000 is because the kit costs 22k and with everything probably comes down to 40k.

Don't ask me if the chassis could handle that kind of power.

0-125 in 8.8 seconds... yawn

The HP # is neat but i'm not impressed at all with the design and build of the turbo system. And thats 1k at the crank, so what low 8's to the rear wheels? Give me a 97-99 viper and you can make mid 800 rwhp numbers on the stock long block and pump gas. Build the motor and near 1100rwhp numbers on pump gas aren't out of the question.

8.0 > 3.2

The viper project is a little more expensive, you can't get a viper for $10-15 k, but you can get a used e36 m3.

I'd go heads up on the top 6 but no doubt the bugatti lays it down on the bottom 3.

btw where did the $960k number come from? Last I checked they were $1.5m with a long *** backorder and if you buy one in stock expect to drop $1.8ish.

wow. for 22k, you'd expect a much nicer kit. that exhaust manifold looks to made of cast iron? and you'd think they'd atleast make an equal length manifold?

Equal length manifolds are almost pointless in a turbocharged car as you no longer benefit from their scavenging.

Hate to say it but you have no ****ing idea what you're talking about. There is more to it than just the scavenging effect. You still have to pump the air through that manifold and without a doubt a header/collector style exhaust system would provide substantial gains on the top end.

DA Motorsport was chased off of all of the BMW forums because the kit is completely bogus. They claim they do not have a dyno, nor access to a dyno, so all of the horsepower numbers you see are estimated based on how fast the car accelerates. This also means that they can't actually tune the car. It is a scam.
As far as an E36 holding 1000 hp.... it can't.

Wrong, equal length headers are used MAINLY for their scavenging properties by alternating pressures on the tubes otherwise its the shape, cross-section and backpressure that determines flow on a turbocharged engine, ceramic coating would do more for the set up than equal length headers.

Apart from having an attitude what gives you the right to address yourself to me like that? Do I know you?
