Bmw Z8
Bmw Z8
Any opinions on the BMW Z8? I have seen a few in person and they sure are beautiful cars. Would any owners mind posting any pictures they may have? Or favorite pics.?
Thanks

Z8 is a cool car. Distinct looking but was not worth sticker price IMO as it was double the M5 which shared the same engine. Seems to be priced properly now.
Haven't had the chance to drive one but would like to

not a fan of these cars - interior is too retro and those M6 wheels are one of the uglier ones out of the bmw lineup

Beautiful cars, and their gearboxes are fantastic! Very nice, but for much less, I'd take a Turbo.
BMW-wise i have driven the 400hp M5, and a 240hp M-roadster and when i think of the two combined it seems like this car would provide quite the experience with the top down.
Z8cw, the car looks great, thoughts on the z8?

You have to like the looks. There is nothing else in this style providing the same performance and comfort. Stock it is a GT car and with the top down a real roadster that lets you feel the wind and road. Surprinsingly enough, it can actually hold its own on the track but it wasn't made for it. Some mods where necessary in my mind like suspension, wheels, tires, headers and exhaust. She is a keeper.

Timeless design and most likely a classic as long as it's treated as one:
