New M3 price is out.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a BMW guy...but I think their pricing is getting a bit out of control.

Always put my money on BMW, but I think we're seeing a shift where the four rings are likely to change the premium- market map.

you can add me into that logic also. the rs4 is a kick *** car and has everything one could truely need.
Its likly to be priced in the $59k to $65 (add more extra and the your dealer well be smiling all the way to the BANK). Rumours has it that BMW are adding a smaller sports coupe etc or something (M1 or M2 based on the 1-series) which well have the E46 M3's engine,so pricing the E92 higher may well open a space for the (M1 or M2). I like Bangle's time is UP,lol. The E92 M3 is nice, howver i think the E46 should have gotten the V8, and a mildly hot facelift before the All New e92 M3 was introduced. Anyways,we'll see it when it gets here,it well wipe *** lol.

see, the 4 wheel drive is exactly what i dont care for. i think it is great but i would not pay a premium. furthermore, to me audi is still catching up with the RS4. it took them 6 more years to come up with a similar engine to the m5 and to deliver the performance of the old m5. but it is not an m5 and it never will be. so to me the res4 is about $10k overpriced. if bmw is thinking about keeping in line with the same price as the rs4 i think they wont do as well. if they stick to the $55k price range + options i think it will be hard to see many people buying the RS4 which will for sure be more expensive and most likely a lesser performance car. oh, well, only time will tell.
It will start at $58K is my guess (by running the cost of a 335 UK vs US and applying that towards the UK price of the M3). Im sure after BMW charges you for floor mats and what not the car will more likely be mid 60's.

If the M3 is really a 65 car they are gonna loose a lot of volume on that car. When you start with a 6 and it's a 3 series, or a A4, or a C you have a problem right off the bat.
