BMW Z4 3.0 coupe vs Audi TT 3.2

Hello,
I want to buy a new car and I am considering either a BMW Z4 3.0l coupe or the new Audi TT 3.2. I would like to get some opinions from people that might have tested both cars or own one of the cars. I will try to test both cars in the next couple of weeks.
I may also consider a BMW Z4 M Coupe.

Thanks for your help
Dan

Take the Z4-M Coupe. The CaymanS isn`t an alternative? The dealers make very godd prices at the moment.

I would go for the Audi, the Z4 has been there for a while and the audi is new.

z4 hands down. motor trend or one of the magazines just ran another test and audi still finished last...

also, i know someone who is selling an essentially brand new z4 m roadster for a good deal if you are intersted in that at all.

i would go with audi if u need more room. it's not big but still bigger than Z4. the DSG is nice too if u want something different. if u can, for pure fun i think the M coupe is a better choice. just got one so far so good.

It must be stick and it is just for fun (weekend car).

While you are in some ways right, you have to remember that the TT has been around for quite some time too (though it has just recently had a generation change).

As for the Z4, yes, it has also been around awhile, but it takes new shape in Coupe form. The average person won't have a clue as to what it is.

To the original poster, I'd just test drive them both.

If it is a track car/fun car, the M Coupe will satisfy the most.

If it were me, I'd get the Z4 in a heartbeat (but I may be only slightly biased).

The Z4 is much more fun to drive. The TT imo looks nicer and has better fit and finish,

Thanks for the replies.

I drove a 08 TT with the 2.0T engine today and looked at a Z4 M coupe as well as the roadster and a 3.0l Z4 roadster.

The new TT looks and drives pretty nice but I think the BMW will suit my needs better. I have seen that some people are saying that the 06 Z4 M's go for 15k less than sticker. If you have information on a deal like this please let me know.

Also I have seen a SRT6 Crossfire today. They are selling them between 28k and 30k under 100 miles. What do you guys think?
The engine is very powerful I know it from the SLK32.

Thanks,
Dan

If you find 2006 M Roadsters, you can get a heck of a deal, not so sure about coupes, but at the rate they are selling (not well), the dealer should be able to do something about the price.
