Interested in a Cayman S

Hi everyone, my name is Arman and i was interested in leasing either a carrera or a cayman s. Leasing would be the better choice for me because 1. i write it off, and 2. because i like to switch cars every 3 years or so. Rusnak in Pasadena quoted me 850 a month for a $74000 car with $10000 down. They were willing to discount the car $5000 without negotiating. This would be a three year lease with 12k annual mileage. My questions are..

1. Does this sound like a good deal? If not, what should i be expecting.
2. What amount should i expect to get off sticker on this car?
3. Is their anything i need to be carefull about?

Arman

$850/month with 10k down? IMO that's too much. I believe you're able to get at least 7.5k off MSRP for 07 Cayman S.

I was honestly hoping to put $5000 down and getting the payments to be around 750-800. Also, i have heard people get $10,000 of sticker on porsche carreras and caymans, is that possible?

i agree w/ guys here, end of month is best time to buy and that 10k down and 850 sounds high. prob should be around 1000-1200 w/ minimal down (of course, depends on options and what you get off msrp). i like leasecompare.com too (one of most dependable sites i used/found).

re: msrp off, i have not heard. but appreciate your end-results. hope you found a beaut! btw, might be harder get $'ks off an ordered Cayman vs buying one off their inventory.

so, i am returning to US end of 2007 from asia (last 2 yrs) and will look for a new cayman S + cayenne S!

happy hunting!
