TPC Turbo Cayman

I was on YouTube and was looking up Cayman videos and came across the TPC Cayman Turbo on the dyno. Sounds amazing! I really like that rear wing on the car. at 418 hp that it shows in that video i am seriously going to look into getting one of these kits. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYj9wZNKHCk

That wing reminds me of a Super Bee built for Daytona.

The TPC kit definitely looks promising, they are sorting out making sufficient amounts of the production kits before they start to sell.

Another key player to keep an eye out on is EVOMS, they are working on a twin turbo kit.

Things are looking promising on all fronts...

You could probably just buy the wing and not the turbo kit that should be available this month or next.

I will go out on a limb here and say the best thing that happen to the Boxster was when Porsche decided to place the Cayman engine in the Boxster. Doing so increases the potential customers for any tuner to make products for the Boxster and Cayman.

In the past the Boxster has had limited tuners modifying the engine for any real power, now with the Cayman we already have at least 2 tuners making TT kits, this is an exciting time.

The only thing I do not like about the TPC kit is that they are using a piggy back control system for it. EVOMS may be better if they will program the cars actual ECU to run it correctly. Just my 2 cents.

There is a third being built in South Africa from what the Cayman Club is listing by a user "Herman". I do not think that his would be for production though.
