Guess it depends on your definition : )

I'm down in Raleigh...I know it's about 40 minutes to the Virginia border.

Where do you go in Raleigh to have your work done for your car ? My brother lives very close to Raleigh so go there sometimes on visits. No one near here for Porsche maintenance.

Well...funny you should ask. I just took my car in to have the oil changed and a couple warranty items taken care of at Leith Porsche today in Cary. I can't say I'm all that impressed though with the quality of their work.

I'll probably give these guys a try next:

The shop is ultra clean and everyone there seems very professional. I bought the car from the dealership sharing the same building (why they are different companies, I don't know). I've only had the car 7 months, so I haven't needed a lot of service on it. Today was the first.

Did I understand right, you bought your car at Motorinvestments ? I bought my car from there as well about 9 months ago. I was thinking about going there for my first oil change sometime in August. They were friendly. I think they should be less expensive than the Porsche dealership. Small world.

Yup...bought my car from Larry at MotorCar Investments. Nice bunch over there. When I finally decide on what cat back exhaust I'm getting, that's where I'm having it shipped for installation...

Really the only reason I had the oil changed at the dealer was because I needed some warranty work done also. Next time it's over to European Performance.
