Porsche Boxster Widebody pics

Thought I would share these with everyone even though I am normally not a fan of body kits and/or massive modifications i.e. Lorinser fenders/hood etc A friend of mine was looking into producing these modifications, I am not sure how far from any sort of production they are but they are stunning in person.

Not usually into body kits unless they are needed to produce hp! But I like the looks of this one. Please post up more info from your friend if possible.

This is a Patrittri kit. http://www.patritti.com/patrick_patr...ti_design.html

Cost for the conversion is about 19K and includes 997 lights, body panels, springs and wheel spacers (everything cept wheels). Conversion takes about 90 days and Patritti should be doing it because it's all custom. I looked into it.

I liked it until I found out it looks just like the Toyota Veilside kit. Porsches should not be posing off of Toyotas

Seen the car in person. It's not too good.

Kinetics made it. Actually, I thought they MADE the kit. I guess I'm wrong.

Agreed, from the side view the rear lines dont match the front, looks like two different cars meshed together. From the back I like the look, the one thing that I have always disliked about the Boxster is the rear end, the 997 lights make it look much better.

Just doesn't look right.
I think the side vent behind the door is what makes it look like the MR2 as the lines are almost identical.
