I recently changed my steering wheel and the air bag warning light is now on. I have an OBDII reading and resetting device that I could use. Will this device work for this purpose? I have read that PST2 or PIWIS testing equipment will reset it for you and also maybe Durametric units. Is my OBDII device the same thing?

 

the obdII has limited functions it cannot reset airbags, your best bet is take it to a stealership or buy a enthusiast durametric

 

I would take it in just to have it inspected to make sure the airbag was still functional.
