Last Thursday I received the VIN for my CR. Yesterday, my dealer let me know that it is on the ship to the U.S. The journey started last November 1st. The configuration is:

o Dark Blue Metallic
o 6MT
o CDR30
o P77 Seats
o Auto A/C
o Bi Xenons
o Short Shifter

It is replacing my 09 CS which I have had for three years, bought new.

 

Sound delightful, you are one lucky guy, the waiting is something I could not deal with.

My car will be in Brunswick Ga march 8th. The CR should be in my hands 3-5 days after that. Finally, time to get excited.

 

As you can see from my Avatar this does not look like a dark blue metallic. That car finally hit the port and had a dented door that occurred in port. It took a lot of prodding to get these facts, finally, from the dealer. I was so disgusted......5 1/2 months and when it finally gets here it is damaged. I told them to keep the car and went to Hennessy in Atlanta and got a great deal on a CPO Carrera White......6 year warranty with 100,000 miles. It is loaded and a number of additional options from the original owner. It is everything and more I had hoped for. It is my 08 Guards Red Cayman on steroids........
