Just got this installed last week. Both the top and bottom have smooth leather and perforated leather on the sides. The wheel is much thicker with ergonomic side grips which makes the whole driving experience much better. Workmanship and leather material are first rate quality -- it's absolutely beautiful. One of the best upgrades I've done!
