Transmission noise in first gear

Transmission noise in first gear
My car is a 07 cayman 2.7 5speed
I found that some noise from the transmission when I at first gear .
They are like "fi fi fi fi".
It only occurred in first gear from 1k -3k rpm.
Other gears work good and shifting doesn't have any problems.
I took my car to a local shop.They wants 500 for just a inspection .They told me they need to take the whole transmission to inspect :
Do you guys have any idea.???
