How Champion Does the 981 Boxster S

Lately, the 981 Boxster and Boxster S seem to have jumped high on the popularity list. Maybe it's because we get about 6 months of gorgeous weather starting in December down here in Florida, or maybe it's just because it's a great car!

This lovely little example shows a pretty popular package that we've been offering lately. These few simple upgrades completely transform the Boxster into one of the best looking drop-tops Porsche has even made (in my opinion!). Here's what we did:
  • H&R Sport Springs
  • 20" Champion Motorsport RS97 wheels with custom "Platinum Satin" finish. 20x8.5" Front with 235/35/20, and 20x10.5" Rear with 265/36/20, both wrapped in OEM Pirelli tires.
  • Custom "GT" style side graphics.
  • Tubi Style exhaust system.
Overall, it's a very simple package that transforms the look, feel, and sound of the car! Feel free to contact me for pricing or with any questions you might have! tomp@championmotorsport.com

I'd prefer it without those mods. PSE sounds better than any aftermarket exhaust. Suspension needs to travel to work. All you need to ever do is replace the sway bars with a more stiff set. Done!

Do you have any more info on the "tubi Styel" exhaust? what makes it Tubi Style? Price (full retail as I know you probably have a special going which you don't want to advertise)

I've seen little information about this exhaust and have always wondered more about it.

Tubi-Style is technically the full name of the company that many often just refer to as "Tubi". Tubi is an Italian aftermarket exhaust system manufacturer with very close ties to the factories of Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati. We (Champion Motorsport) are the North American importer/distributor of Tubi exhaust products. In the case of their Porsche product line, we are also their development and testing center. What that means is that any new Porsche system sold by Tubi has been prototyped, fitted, tested, fine-tuned, and approved by us before final manufacturing takes place at the factory in Italy.

The 981 Boxster and Cayman system is one we took quite a bit of time to develop, in order to do our best to make the in-cabin driving experience enjoyable....in other words, get rid of the notorious droning of most Cayman/Boxster exhausts. I've attached some pictures in the link below:

Tom, like the Boxster. I've been in your shop with the Gold Coast PCA last year. You've got a great operation. Looking forward to some mods for my new CS in the future.
