Boxster Muffler Mod

A few years ago I found a link on here to modify the stock exhaust by drilling holes from inside the muffler tip. I can't find the thread. Anyone else remember? Have a link to the thread?

did that on my '02 turbo. Made a very nice difference, but NO WHERE NEAR the PSE sound. Probably works on the pre '09 Caymans. Not sure about the 987.2 gen though. Hope someone knows! I'm looking for an '09 - '11 Cayman S PSE take off!

I did it to a Boxster and it made a difference. It was so long ago I couldn't remember exactly where I drilled and can't find the link.

Does anyone know more about this? Where to drill and a sound clip would be amazing.
