Arrow October Updates

A few updates since my last post:

- Rear quarter vents painted gloss black
- Front bumper + left rear bumperette refinished (front had some chips & rear had a gouge)
- New battery (started getting system fault code due to battery being low)

Last week I decided to take advantage of the nice weather and fall colors! I put some miles on the Boxster and snapped some pics as well!

These most recent pictures are among the best I've ever seen on the internet. I tip my hat to you, preelude!

preelude - so those pics have a 7mm front and 15mm rear spacer? If you had to do it again is that the spacer size you would use?

No spacers in the front, 25mm in the rear. I like the current setup, if I chose these wheels again I would do the same spacers. Keep in mind that the type of spacers you use will depend on your specific wheel width and offset.

Looks great. One mod I did on my 987 was to replace the boxster trunk lid emblem with a simple P O R S C H E one and get compliments all the time on it. I also went with 7 and 15mm spacers on my stock 17" wheels and it made a nice look. Mine is a weekend car and still have a BMW for track and autocross. I'll try to post some pics of mine.

Quite frankly one of the best 987’s I’ve heard to date. I’ve been thinking of doing a similar build on an exhaust system however using vibrant bottle resonators. Any more photos or videos of your exhaust system?

Thanks! Unfortunately I do not have any photos and the car is sold. Basically the system was similar in layout to the Remus I attached below:

Specs:
- Over axle design
- No H-pipe
- 2.5" stainless piping
- 2.5" Vibrant oval mufflers (1102)
- 3.5" Yonaka tips

Hope this helps!
