Durametric Coding issue

Good morning,
I am trying to code a new electronic module on my 2007 987 through Durametric, but all fields are blank and I can't change any of them.
It's happening in any module I am trying to code.
I assume the cable is talking properly to the car as I can run and erase the DTC list.
Any idea what could cause this?
Thanks for the help!
