Just picked up a Boxster S
Just picked up a brand new 03 speed yellow Boxster S. It was the last in the inventory and had a good discount on it.
03 Boxster S speed yellow have the following options:
18" narrow spoke Carerra rims
Bose sound system
HID
clear front bumper lense
sport seats
painted bumperettes
psm
trip computer
color center crest on wheels
and maybe some other things but i m not too certain.
I think the Boxster S is quite a nice car but i also think that now and days 260hp just simply isn't enough! We tested the M Roadster with the 330hp. Since my mom previous car is a M car she said she don't want to go into a M again given the 70hp advantage it have. Tested the SLK as well but she thought the handling wasn't nimble enough. So that leave it to only the Boxster S. Not sure about the handling as i barely drove it but the power is a little low for my liking.
My dad is thinking of modifying the car. What exhaust do you guys recommend? Don't really like the fabspeed because it sound too quiet. O yah i forgot to mention but the boxster S is really quiet!! However, above 4000rpm on so, it sounds a little different, kinda remind me of a Vtec engine. Please give some advice as to what is the best exhaust out there and at what price?

My parents paid aprox $66-67,000 Canadian without tax for it. The car is brand new only in the terms of never owned by anyone except for the dealership. However, it did have 3000 km on it driven only by the sales b4 which is aprox 1000 km per year.
