Tremor issues
In my experience (i've had 19s and 20s on my old m3s), I would put my best money on the wheels not being balanced perfectly. It only takes a slight misappropriation of weight on a 20inch wheel to make it cause vibrations at high speeds.
You mentioned you having bad experiences with this shop, so it would make sense.

1. Make sure you have them balanced on a Hunter Road Force balancer (Barrier Porsche has one)
2. Make sure the tires are not out of round; you'd be amazed how many tires are out of round.
Which tires do you have?

Unfortunately, it seems Pirelli tires are some of the worst when it comes to being out of round. I recently had to replace and throw away a nearly new set of Pirellis because they were so badly out of round (I got them on a used car so did have a way to return them
). These were even N-rated tires!!! I was really pissed off but after replacing them with some Michelin Pilots the car was much happier; I was having "tremors" between 55 and 65 which was extremely annoying.
Good luck!
